Each print is made to order, so we don't accept change-of-mind returns or exchanges.

Cancellations
Orders can be cancelled within 24 hours of purchase. Please contact the artist here as soon as possible.

Damaged or faulty items
If your print arrives damaged or faulty, please contact the artist here, within 7 days of delivery, with photos of the item and packaging. We'll arrange a replacement or, if that's not possible, a full or partial refund.

If the packaging is visibly damaged on arrival, please note it with the courier and let us know straight away.

This doesn't affect your rights under Australian Consumer Law.
